Refund and Returns Policy

At Envoro, we want our customers to shop with complete peace of mind, knowing that if an issue arises, our return and refund process is clear and fair. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are handled, and what responsibilities apply to both the customer and Envoro.

Return Window:

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
Any request made after this period will not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

Customers must reach out to us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item to begin a return request.
Clear photos of the product must be provided to confirm eligibility, such as in cases of defects, damage, or incorrect items.

  • Return Label

The prepaid return label is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Return Approval

After the return request is approved, the item must be securely packed and shipped back using the provided return label.

  • Processing Time

All returned items are inspected once received.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after Envoro receives the returned package.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the issue is the responsibility of Envoro, such as a defective product, incorrect item sent, or damage during transit before delivery, Envoro will cover the return shipping cost.
If the issue is the customer’s responsibility, such as a change of mind, incorrect order, or damage caused after delivery, a $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on the bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in the customer’s account.

Non-Returnable Situations:

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items returned without prior contact and return approval

Exchanges:

Envoro does not offer exchanges.
Customers who wish to receive a different product must return the original item if eligible and place a new order separately.

Condition of Returned Items:

Item damaged or broken upon delivery by Envoro’s courier: Eligible for return and Envoro covers shipping.
Item damaged or broken due to customer handling: Not eligible for return or refund.
Change of mind returns: Accepted within 30 days, but the $30 return shipping fee will be deducted.
