Order Processing:
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days (Monday to Friday) will start processing the same day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
If there is any delay in processing, customers will be notified promptly via email.
Shipping Coverage:
Envoro currently delivers only within the United States.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Shipping Charges:
A flat shipping fee of $30 applies to all orders, regardless of order value, quantity, or delivery location within the United States.
The final shipping cost is clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.
Any limited-time shipping offers or promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Transit Time and Delivery Estimates:
Standard Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
Total Delivery Time: 4 to 9 business days including processing and transit
Delivery times may vary by location:
Urban and city areas usually receive faster delivery.
Rural or remote areas may take additional time.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s website.
Delivery Responsibility:
After the shipment has been handed over to the courier, Envoro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, customers must contact the courier directly. Envoro will provide full shipment details to assist.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Envoro is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information or unsuccessful delivery attempts, a $30 re-shipping fee may apply
Undeliverable or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to multiple failed delivery attempts, inaccessible locations, or refusal of delivery, Envoro will notify the customer.
Customers may request re-delivery by paying an additional $30 shipping fee.
Signature on Delivery:
For safety reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package if required.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
Any lost or damaged shipment must be reported within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
Envoro will assist in filing a claim with the courier, and resolution time will depend on the carrier’s investigation process.
Envoro is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier that are later reported as stolen
Shipping Limitations:
Envoro does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Delivery may not be available in certain restricted or remote areas. If this affects your order, you will be contacted.
Partial Shipments:
In rare situations, if your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages.
Customers will be informed in advance if this applies.
Exchanges:
Please note that Envoro does not offer exchanges.
